It’s that time of the year when the air is drier, foreigners don’t sweat much and A/C can be switched off. Thai people call it winter, which makes Norwegian people smile. It’s just the cool season, and also the only season that breaks the monotony of the climate here.
Oh, and it’s also that time of the year when the Rang Yen is reopening!
