The Forest Park is a quiet and relaxing place. You can go there for a picnic, to play football with the kids, ride your bicycle, exercise, jog… The great thing about this park is that there are no soi dogs, unlike anywhere else in Cha-am. Instead you can just look up and see wild gibbons, especially in the morning. They are used to humans and they sometimes come very close! There is also a Thai restaurant in the park, near the entrance. The park itself is opened from 6:00 to 19:00.
Location
The Forest Park is on Phetkasem road, on the right when going south (turn left at Narathip junction when coming from the beach, then go straight and you will find the park on your right, a few hundred meters after the fire station).
